My name is Raafat Atta. I am the Quality Director for Energya Cables El-Sewedy , The Group consist of Four Big Company specialist in Manufacturing of Power cables, specials Telecom cables and Magnet wires .
Two years ago one of our Companies, Giza cables El-Sewedy, started implementing Lean Manufacturing.
I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Greg Wooten who was our consultant for a period of time. Our team came through the other end knowing a whole lot more about Lean its disciplines and benefits plus long-term sustainability from Greg than any other Consultant that we had hired on our continuous Improvement journey. Greg has the skills and abilities to find every bit of waste and get the team to see and understand exactly what is on the table, our people responded wholeheartedly to Greg and went along with his methodology and teachings on Lean that are still evident today.
