Peter served as the first Lean Six Sigma/Business Transformation Deployment Advisor to US Army Forces Command–one of the largest commands in the Department of Defense. Supporting the command engaged in providing the majority of forces in the war on terrorism, Pete’s insight, advice and work were always on target. He understood the forces at play within the organization and crafted workable solutions and programs to further use of Lean Six Sigma. His quiet professionalism, built upon years of practice and hands on experience made him a listened to voice for deploying lean six sigma. His consistently high quality work addressed short-term demands and long-term imperatives. An excellent mentor, Pete could work quietly behind the scenes or in front of large groups to accomplish the mission–as they say ‘works well with others.’ Would definitely hire him again if the opportunity presented itself.
